In this episode we’re happy to be joined by talented writer, designer Kibwe Chase-Marshall to talk about the race issues in fashion, namely the lack of black people in Creative/Design Director and executive/decision making/gate-keeping roles. We also discuss some steps to reconciling this disparity. The problems are so nuanced and complex and so are the solutions – but we all need to keep having the conversation and do the work.
